15 minute casual warm up on the Elliptical

THE WORKOUT

Incline Bench Press 3 sets of 6 reps 135lbs/155lbs/165lbs

Dips 2 sets of 15 reps 

Lateral Dumbbell Raise 2 sets of 12 reps 30lbs/35lbs

Strict Press find your 1 rep max 165lbs
Strict Press 50% of 1rm for 3 sets of 6 reps 95lbs

External Rotation 2 sets of 15 reps 10lbs/15lbs
Internal Rotation 2 sets of 15 reps 10lbs/20lbs

Tricep Pushdown with Straight Bar 2 sets of 10 reps 60lbs/80lbs

Decline Barbell Tricep Extension 25lbs/30lbs

Dumbbell Seated Wrist Curl 2 sets of 15 reps 25lbs/25lbs

No Conditioning today
