AB WORK

Hanging knee ups 21-15-9
Crunches 21-15-9

15 sec. break between each set

CONDITIONING

Power Clean

Start with just the bar and go up by ten pounds on each side until you reach a weight you fail at... You only get one chance... if you fail... the set before it is your max weight.
